What we collect
When you complete the Office Outage Readiness Assessment, we collect your name, email, company name, city or ZIP code, optional phone number, your answers, and basic visit information such as the ad or link that brought you here.
How we use it
We use it to calculate and show your results, email you a copy of your report, and allow an All in IT team member to follow up about your results. Your information is stored in our secure systems and in our customer relationship platform (HighLevel). We don't sell your information.
Marketing emails and text messages
Ongoing marketing emails are sent only if you check the separate consent box, and you can unsubscribe anytime. Providing a phone number does not enroll you in text messages. We'll only call or text with your separate permission.
Advertising cookies (Meta)
With your permission (or, where the law allows, unless you opt out), we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to completed assessments. We share that a page was viewed, the assessment was started, or a lead was submitted, plus technical identifiers such as your browser, IP address, and Meta cookie IDs. If you explicitly accept advertising cookies, we also share a one-way hashed version of your email to help match the event. We never share your assessment answers, results, or report link with Meta.
You can change or withdraw your choice anytime: .
Your report link
Your report is available at a private, hard-to-guess link that expires after 90 days.
